A unique opportunity has become available for a highly-organised individual with a passion for HR to work for this leading technology provider firm.
  
As the HR Coordinator you will support the HR Manager in day to day HR and recruitment functions. This is an exciting opportunity for graduate who is looking to advance their career within human resources.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day administration of setting up new starters, probation reviews etc.
• Posting job adverts and collecting resumes
• Resourcing and screening potential candidates
• Booking interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies
• Carrying out reference checks
• Administrating and issuing offer packs
• Coordinating and running OH&S inductions

Criteria: 

• Educated to degree level with a relevant degree (HR / Psychology / English literature or similar)
• Proven administration skills from a corporate environment
• Strong work ethic with the desire to progress in a HR function
• Previous HR or recruitment experience a strong advantage
