The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our busy team on a 6 month fixed term contract to help us design and develop e-learning modules to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Reporting to our Learning and Development Manager your other duties will be:
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to understand and deliver our training needs on time
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods to deliver training contents
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- You will be creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) to enhance our training content.
About you.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to understand training requirements and deliver results in a timely manner.
- Experience in delivering training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Quizmaker)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with multiple Stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Proven time and resource management skills with the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment and strategically multi-task
