Due to rapid growth, EC&M has an opportunity for a full-time Mobilisation/Training Administrator on a contract basis to join an expanding HR team in our Henderson based office. This role would suit an individual who can work well under pressure and meet deadlines, has strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and demonstrates experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to and providing assistance to the HR Officer and developing team
- Taking candidate/HR calls
- Booking medical appointments, flights and accommodation
- Assisting with Reference checking
- Assisting with induction and on-boarding
- Mobilisation processing
- Database management and uploads
- PO Creation/Accounts
- General Administrative tasks – Filing/ Scanning
BHP Training Booking Experience - Highly Desirable
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (high volume processing)
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new systems/processes quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate initiative
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Construction/Resource industry in essential
- Knowledge of best practices for Human Resources and Recruitment
