Our client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their team with a key focus of developing, coordinating and delivering a variety of learning and development programs. Working closely with the HR Manager you will proactively engage and partner with leaders and employees at all levels across the business to identify skill gaps and build capability.
You will be a true learning and development professional with an obvious passion for your work, demonstrated through your previous experience in a similar role and relevant tertiary qualifications. You pride yourself on your ability to achieve high quality outcomes independently and thrive in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
When describing your experience you will tell an engaging story of your capability across the span of learning and development including design and delivery, development planning and gap analysis, competency design and coaching.
