Consulting - Human Capital Senior Manager/Director - Canberra (Full Time or Part Time)

About the role
You will be responsible for leading HR Consulting projects, or being part of a larger team driving HR transformation, as well as contributing to business and practice development.
As a Senior Manager/Director within our Human Capital practice you will be expected to run all aspects of projects and manage teams in the delivery of exceptional client service. We advise clients on a range of people related challenges including:
- Disruptive change: Mergers and restructurings, functional and enterprise transformation programs, organisation design and culture change
- Capability development: We provide a range of learning and leadership services to improve executive and employee performance
- HR Transformation: We support clients in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions through operating model and service delivery design, HR programme design, process design, implementation, and alignment with corporate strategy.
About you
You will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements across our core services. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and generate business development opportunities, by harnessing your established professional networks and building key relationships in the market.
An experienced Senior Manager/Director with proven consulting experience, your problem solving mindset allows you to synthesise a wide range of information in to meaningful client solutions. You understand that sincere stakeholder relationships are the foundation of any successful project outcome, and strive to continuously enhance the ways in which you engage and influence those around you. Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:
- Project delivery experience across large public & private hospitals
- A creative approach to solving problems, underpinned by research and data
- Knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels
