- A brand-new role ready for someone to hit the ground running
- Working within an Organisational Capability and Performance Branch
- Reporting directly the Assistant Director Capability and Performance
- The major focus of the role is on designing, developing and managing talent, succession and performance frameworks that support the blueprint for leadership growth
- The role will create brand new frameworks that shape the operations of the organisation
- You will lead the development of talent, succession and performance frameworks and systems
- You will work with internal stakeholders to integrate and embed frameworks into broader People, Culture and Training Division activities
- You will work with peers and colleagues to collaboratively develop and implement impactful initiatives that strengthen business practices and improve culture and performance
- You will monitor and maintain frameworks and systems including evaluation and continuous improvement opportunity identification, and the identification of issues and emerging trends
- You will have experience with It Systems with proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Talent Management Systems
- You will have advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to influence decision-makers and the ability to prepare written strategies, reports and white papers
- You will have experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders and providers
- A positive contemporary attitude to people with disability is a must including understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to empathise and relate to people
