The role
  • A brand-new role ready for someone to hit the ground running
  • Working within an Organisational Capability and Performance Branch
  • Reporting directly the Assistant Director Capability and Performance
  • The major focus of the role is on designing, developing and managing talent, succession and performance frameworks that support the blueprint for leadership growth
  • The role will create brand new frameworks that shape the operations of the organisation
Your Duties
  • You will lead the development of talent, succession and performance frameworks and systems
  • You will work with internal stakeholders to integrate and embed frameworks into broader People, Culture and Training Division activities
  • You will work with peers and colleagues to collaboratively develop and implement impactful initiatives that strengthen business practices and improve culture and performance
  • You will monitor and maintain frameworks and systems including evaluation and continuous improvement opportunity identification, and the identification of issues and emerging trends
Your Expertise
  • You will have experience with It Systems with proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Talent Management Systems
  • You will have advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts to influence decision-makers and the ability to prepare written strategies, reports and white papers
  • You will have experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders and providers
  • A positive contemporary attitude to people with disability is a must including understanding and knowledge of disability and its impact on individuals
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to empathise and relate to people
