The Role
Located on the city fringe, this highly regarded Community Services organisation is seeking an experienced internal recruitment advisor to join their team in a full time 4-6 week contract. Responsible for recruitment within the human resource team, you will be required to souring, assessment and select candidates across a variety of role types with technical skill sets
More specifically, in this role your duties will include:
- Writing and posting sourcing advertisements
- Managing Ad responses
- Undertaking initial phone screening and leading face-to-face interviews
- Assessing candidates to develop shortlists
- Recruitment administration, including reference checking and ensuring work rights compliance
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive and demonstrate the ability to make accurate judgement. You will have experience in high volume end to end recruitment and demonstrate high level stakeholder engagement. You will be have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work autonomously within a team and manage competing demands.
