Instructional Designer Job in Sydney. Exceptional E-Learning Expertise required ideally with Articulate.

An ASX Listed corporate with a large national workforce providing exceptional service and products to customers across all states and territories through store, online and face to face.
Your new role
You will work as part of an L&D team, reporting to the Head of L&D in Sydney. You will be responsible for the design and deliver of online learning training modules and programs. You will create blended learning and e-learning materials to educate employees on product knowledge, inductions for new starters, customer service, internal processes, culture and values and softer skills training. You will work closely with HR and the wider business to ensure all training needs are accommodated. In addition you will review and evaluate current materials and tools ensuring they are effective and able to support organisational development and wider business strategies
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Instructional Designer/E-Learning Consultant who would like to work for a business on a longer term basis. You will possess exceptional instructional designer skills, be a creative and innovative designer and have a proven track record of developing content, building e-learning modules, ideally via Articulate. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in a large corporate structure where you can work with other divisions of a business, leaders and employees to ensure your work is most effective and aligned with wider business or culture goals.
What you'll get in return
Salary is up to $95,000 base + super + benefits. Based in Eastern Sydney, Inner suburbs of Sydney.This is not a management position and is a Consultant level role within a wider HR and L&D team so would ideally suit someone with 5 years + experience in E-learning or Instructional Design. This is a long term contract position for up to 2 years and the client is looking for someone happy to commit to this length.
