About Them
This business is an industry leader and with this comes challenges to stay in front.  We are looking for an OD/change professional to manage the design and delivery of the frameworks and approaches to culture, diversity and inclusion and leadership needed to deliver the business strategy.     

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Culture and Leadership, you will work closely with the team and business to engage stakeholders in the assessment, analysis and design of programs.

About You
You have proven consulting skills, strong analytical skills and are able to draw on a range of information, leader input, business and people data analytics, to develop practical solutions that support business outcomes.  You have excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. 
  
To secure this opportunity you will need to fully utilise your strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to link people strategy with business strategy.  You have strong project and change management skills and the ability to deliver successful implementation of prioritised initiatives for the business.

About Applying
Ideally you have Tertiary qualifications in Business/Human Resources/Psychology or related discipline.
