About the role:
As a graduate/trainee recruitment consultant, you will be expertly trained on the recruitment lifecycle, day to day duties will include:
- Engaging with high-end individuals within the finance sector
- Making outbound calls to existing and new clients and candidates
- Managing relationships and networking with clients
- Researching Financial, Accounting and Profession Services disciplines
- Negotiating and closing deals
