Our Private Sector client located in the inner South is seeking an exceptionally talented/experienced Human Resource Advisor.
You will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services in a dynamic innovative company.
Our client is a recognised leader in the development and delivery of high-value, high-quality geospatial data.
The Role:
- Collaborate with Managers to develop their workforce plan and position descriptions
- Collaborate with Managers and employees for all HR policies, procedures, recruitment, learning and development and systems
- End to end Recruitment and Selection activities
- Actively engage with new employees through the on-boarding process
- Collaborate across the organisation to deliver outstanding HR support
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures and the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- 3- 5 years’ experience in a Human Resource Generalist role
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate end to end recruitment and selection activities
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Experience working in an agile environment would be advantageous.
Skills:
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
- Plan, prioritise and organise work within an agile environment
- Solve problems through discussion, negotiation, teamwork, and a desire to recommend solutions proactively
- Demonstrate high-level of written and oral communications skills
- Working with members of Squads and Chapters to support recruitment and on-boarding relevant to the successful operation of the company.
