Our client is located in the Inner suburbs of Melbourne a business which has been around for 20 years and who have just expanded interstate. At current they are in the process of growing the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to help grow and implement new changes for the recruitment process.
Job Requirements:
• Managing the complete 360 degree end to end recruitment process
• Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders within the business (Running stakeholder workshops).
• Analyse the current recruitment state and processes.
• Actively promote a positive and consultative recruitment solution to the broader business
• Engage with relevant parties to build and promote an affective EVP
• Assisting the broader HR team
The Ideal candidate will have previously recruited within the medical field and or non-for-profit space.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including selecting appropriate go to market strategies, attraction, hiring and onboarding. Previous experience using multiple sourcing strategies for varying job functions will be highly regarded.
