The KPMG Australia's National Talent Acquisition (TA) Team partner with key stakeholder groups to hire for a broad range of vacancies. TA focus on building exceptional relationships with stakeholders and delivering proactive solutions to attract a diverse talent pool.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a key leadership role within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Group focusing on the Innovation & Digital and Technology businesses across KPMG.
You will be responsible for contributing to the development of the TA strategy and accountable for the delivery of an effective, innovative and sustainable Talent Acquisition model, effective promotion of the TA brand and value proposition, provision of effective people leadership, and continuous enhancement of the TA service offering within your service line coverage group.
You will:
Responsible for collaboration with the Head of TA to ensure the TA strategy is developed and executed effectively within your service line coverage.
Key relationship point with PPC Business Partners and stakeholders for day to day TA deliverables and escalations.
Manage a team of ETA Recruiters and Coordinators to deliver effective Talent Acquisition strategies across your allocated service line or business portfolio.
Ensure business requirements and results are effectively delivery within your allocated portfolio and where required, provide SME consultation and TA guidance to the senior business leaders and hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition/Project Management Experience

End to end recruitment strategy and hiring experience
