Tetracon is a specialist provider of ICT recruitment & talent acquisition services.
We supply temporary contract and permanent staff into a wide range of technical roles including, but not limited to, software developers / engineers, designers, testers, analysts and project managers.
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with local knowledge of the ICT sector to run a warm contract desk and continue to generate new business and build positive, honest and open relationships with clients.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Significant and credible background in the software development / IT sectors
- Strong business development track record
- Self-motivation
- Good communication skills
- High level of organisation and personal discipline
- Confidence
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Experience utilising an ATS
