Stirling Andersen is a leading Australia & New Zealand based Recruitment Company that specializes in Insurance & Wealth Management. Established in 2010, the business now has 6 offices and over 90 staff.

As the business continues to grow, our Sydney office is looking for experienced sales professionals to join the team.

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?!

A recruitment consultant's role consists of the following activities, and point's highlighted in BOLD indicate that tasks that you will start with in the first 3 months:
  • Business development calls to clients
  • Meeting clients and building relationships
  • Writing advertisements to attract candidates
  • Phone screening and vetting candidate applications
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Utilising social media to network
  • Headhunting and networking with candidates
  • Reverse marketing candidates to clients
  • Dealing with offer negotiations
