Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join their NSW Business based in Liverpool.
Managing the current team of consultants and a large territory of key client accounts you will need to have extensive recruitment experience within both Blue & White Collar industries along with the ability to manage the day to day operations of the business. Full responsibility of the P&L will see you have an input into the setting of budgets and the strategic growth and development of the business.
You must have/be:
- Previous recruitment branch management experience
- A proven acumen for sales and business development - existing & new business
- P&L management experience
- Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
- Knowledge of awards interpretation and industrial relations exposure
- Account management and relationship building skills
- Proactive with a can do attitude
- The ability to work after hours when the need arises
The successful applicant for this role will be a 'lead from example management style' of manager. You will take pride in mentoring and developing your team.
