The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Sourcing and identifying talent
- Updating and maintaining the talent pool
- Shortlisting
- Conduct telephone interviews and assist with face to face interviews
- Reference checks
Profile
To be successful, you will have:
- A high attention to detail
- Fantastic organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior corporate experience is admirable
