The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Creating and posting job advertisements
  • Sourcing and identifying talent
  • Updating and maintaining the talent pool
  • Shortlisting
  • Conduct telephone interviews and assist with face to face interviews
  • Reference checks

Profile

To be successful, you will have:

  • A high attention to detail
  • Fantastic organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior corporate experience is admirable
