About this role
This is a broad, challenging and exciting role, which will be instrumental in shaping growth within Manpower NSW region. Reporting to the NSW Regional Manager your role will include working closely with our local leadership team, account managers and consultants. Using your business development experience to generate a strong pipeline you will differentiate our sales offering to convert into new business.

About You
You will be an experienced professional sales leader who is passionate about performance and driving new business. You have a commitment to excelling with customer services and an in depth knowledge of the local market including market trends and customer buying patterns. You will be strong in developing internal and external relationships which will allow you to deliver results and succeed in your new role.

To be considered for this exciting new opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience working in the recruitment industry
• Proven business development/sales ability and the results to back up a track record of success
• Demonstrated achievements through relationship building in the local market
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills in order to communicate with clients and draft proposals
• Strong financial and business acumen with proven results
• Strategic business awareness
• Completing account management plans for all enterprise and large clients
• Increasing market share with target key accounts
• Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
• Maintain an extended network to enhance services, providing creative and bespoke solutions to suit individual customer requirements

You will be a true professional who is committed to quality and have the motivation and drive to hunt and explore new client relationships. Prior experience in a sales focused role with proven success is a must.
