Due to continued growth we are seeking another 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant to come on board at our Seven Hills branch on a full-time basis. If you’re ready for a change and want to be part of a growing organisation that truly values its staff, we want to hear from you!
The role
We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them not only experience, but the drive to succeed. You’re naturally a self-starter, comfortable in managing your workload autonomously while also equally as committed to working in a collaborative team environment. The role will focus on permanent placements within civil, light industrial and trades therefore a background in blue collar external recruitment is preferable.
To be successful in the role, you will also demonstrate:
- Strong people skills with a natural aptitude to establish relationships
- Confident networking skills and a drive for generating new and organic business Sales
- Strong prioritisation skills to successfully manage the demands of a 360 recruiter position
- Commitment to quality client and candidate care to uphold Protech’s reputation for providing quality service
- Respect and understanding for safety in everything you do
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programs including word and excel
