The Role
This central government agency is seeking a candidate with strong Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) expertise to join the team for a 6 month term.

The successful candidate can be engaged on a non-ongoing / labour hire or section 26 transfer.  

Your Skills and Experience 
Working on a range of D&I policies you must be able to to demonstrate 

• Strong research and written communication skills.
• The ability to construct and disseminate a range of information to provide sound briefings to senior executives and the Secretary.
• Previous experience in policy and/or communications would be of value.
• A passion for working on diversity and inclusion initiatives, policies and  programs.

A lot of the work is focused on supporting Secretaries Equality and Diversity Council, Male Champions of Change and other senior governance committees with a focus on ensuring the APS is inclusive and diverse and values different perspectives and experience.

A baseline security clearance will be an advantage.
