We have an opportunity in the Sydney CBD and are searching for a strong Learning and Development Capability Manger on a contractual basis to work on site.  

This is a 2 month assignment, with possible extension.

Experience must include:

• At least three years in a Learning, design and program management role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in an ambiguous environment
• Solid design skills at a strategic level
• Extensive knowledge of programme management methodologies 
• Intermediate to advanced skill in MS Office suite including MS project
• Strong analytical skills including management of project financials
• Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes through others using appropriate collaboration and influencing skills
• Past experience in HR or L&D related roles is advantageous

 
Deliverables for this role, include: 

• Engage with various SMEs within the business to create a high level design based on audit findings
• Present and obtain approval for the design and approach
• Create a program plan to support the design process including timing, milestones, delivery and sign off process
• Undertake a pilot of the program
• Incorporate feedback from pilot as part of Q&A
• Deploy programs and transition to BAU
