Campbell Arnotts has a newly created leadership role which will have dual responsibilities across Business Partnering and Talent Management. Reporting into the VP of HR International, the HR Director and their reports will be responsible for leading the capability build and delivering the HR strategy for both Marketing and R&D. Along with managing our core people processes across the International business, including year-end, talent planning, our engagement surveys and owning the design and delivery of our organisational capability strategy.
