We are seeking an experienced, confident and highly credible Talent Business Partner who can take accountability, provide expert advice and manage stakeholder expectations at every stage.  Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you are a recruiter who enjoys a fast-faced environment where you own the end to end recruitment process and can proactively target potential candidates and drive targeted recruitment strategies.  This role will also responsible for design and delivery of assessment centres in Melbourne and Adelaide, as and when required, for our Operations area.
Key responsibilities:
  • Effectively own and manage each approved vacancy through the agreed end to end recruitment process, ensuring delivery is achieved through partnership and with a client service orientated approach.
  • Assist with the design and execution of high volume recruitment through assessment centres
  • Partner with your client groups to better understand and anticipate their recruitment needs and requirements, and work collaboratively with the wider HR team (HR Managers, Rem & Ben and L&D)
  • Contribute towards reduction in overall recruitment cost by ensuring roles are delivered in a commercial manner and with appropriate stakeholder engagement
  • Provide exceptional level of support and coaching to your stakeholders, with the objective of achieving a high level of hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Be a key contributor in the implementation of WorkDay (HRIS) by identifying opportunities for process improvement, stream lining existing Talent practices, coaching and supporting the stakeholders during and after the roll out, and being the change champion to increase the adoption rate.
  • Utilise the full range of talent sourcing tools- including business and social networking sites; direct approach/headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; personal, networks; referrals and recommendations - to deliver quality shortlists to your hiring managers
  • Engage proactively with 'passive' candidates and developing talent pools/networks, ahead of vacancy requisitions, to help improve the 'time to hire'.
  • Deliver seamless and accurate execution of all recruitment related administrative tasks. This mainly includes contract creation, forms/requisitions, relevant paperwork, background checks and referral programs.
 
To be considered for this role, you will have:
 
  • Solid experience in an internal Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience in delivering assessment centres and high volume roles is highly desirable
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills - capable of dealing with people across all levels of a complex, fast moving organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Exposure to recruiting a wide range of roles
  • High degree of attention to detail and adherence to Company's compliance requirements
  • Experience with WorkDay is desirable
