As the L&D Project specialist you will:

• Scope and design learning initiatives across a variety of stakeholder groups (with varied content and learning needs)
• Plan and manage the project, ensuring collaboration across the organisation and execution within project time-lines
• Quote proposals, sign off and action projects

This is a great role for some who with:

• A solid background in instruction design
• Confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders
• Experience of delivering results in a large, matrix structure organisation
• A consultative approach to work and an ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strong project management experience - with proven success
