Kennedy Reid is a Sydney CBD based recruitment boutique agency. This is an amazing opportunity for a graduate or experienced sales consultant to work alongside an experienced Practice Leader as a Recruitment Resourcer or otherwise known as a Candidate Manager.

Rookie Training into Recruitment
 
We have an established Rookie Training Program which is designed to offer on the job training, mentoring and career development pathways. The training program allows sales consultants to transition their skills over into a Recruitment Resourcer role. We will fast track your leanings to progress you into a Account/Client Manager position and take full accountability of growing your own client base.

Recruitment Consultant Duties
  • Run your own desk 
  • Write advertisements to attract candidates 
  • Phone screen applicants
  • Conduct candidate interviews
  • Network via social media platforms
  • Headhunt and network with candidates 
  • Brief candidates for interview preparation
  • Conduct reference checks 
  • Offer management and negotiation
  • Conduct post placement candidate care
Skills & Experience 
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven experience meeting targets ideally 12 months
  • Results driven attitude
  • Face to face or over the phone customer service experience
  • Corporate presentation & professional demeanour
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills & attention to detail
  • Resilience attitude
