An opportunity has become available to join the TWE Talent Acquisition team based in Southbank. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an integral role in sourcing, identifying, engaging and securing the next generation of talent for TWE.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with TWE business leaders and the broader HR community to develop an understanding of the business and its talent needs for now and the future.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a varied portfolio
- Consulting with hiring managers on establishing a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver high profile talent
- Building and maintaining strong networks and talent pools of passive and active candidates that strongly align with our brand
- Proactively identify best practice recruitment tools and systems and assist in their implementation
You will have demonstrated recruitment experience gained within an agency or in-house environment, ideally with exposure to high-volume recruitment. You will display outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and an ability to proactively solve problems. You have a passion, drive and commitment for building a career within Talent Acquisition, and will thrive in an autonomous role.
