Recruitment Advisor based in Paramatta working for NSW Government agency
Your new company
Leading NSW Government department based in Parramatta are seeking a highly capable and ambitious Recruitment Advisor to provide support to the business on a 3-4 month contract with potential for extension.
Your new role
This role will be working closely with others in the recruitment team and will involve the following duties:
· Key liaison for stakeholders
· Listening to job briefs and taking them to market
· End to end recruitment process including sitting on recruitment panels
· Managing high volumes of recruitment and completing the administration that comes with it.
You will be competent, focused and outcome driven. You will have over 3-5 years Internal/Agency recruitment experience and be available to start immediately. This job would suit someone who has worked at a high level in the government space; liaising with stakeholders. Or an ex-agency recruiter who is looking for a better work-life balance.
