About the Role:

Reporting into the Human Resources manager, this role is a hands on recruitment role supporting various managers and projects. This role is supported by a fantastic team and work environment. This role also offers career development.

 

Duties:

  • Completing end to end recruitment process: This including coordination and participate in all procedural aspects of the recruitment and mobilization processes.
  • Organising Bulk Recruitment Campaigns.
  • Submit company visa nominations and co-ordinate employee visa applications. Comply with all relevant legislation.
  • Organising and compiling contracts
  • Reference checking
  • Organising medical bookings

 

Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate will be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure, demonstrates initiative and exceeds customer expectations. To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR (Desirable)
  • Possess knowledge in HR best practice in terms of organisational standards and processes
  • Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability
  • Desire to be part of and contribute towards a great team culture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
  • Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in recruitment
  • Experience with Page up (Desirable)
