The Role

Due to growth, our Melbourne team is looking for two Senior Consultants with a good background in recruitment and sales. The perfect candidate will have had 18 months exposure to recruiting in one of the following areas; Accounting, Finance, Insurance and Wealth Management sectors.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;
  • Account management
  • Managing and building your own client portfolio
  • Executive level headhunting
  • Sourcing talent
  • Business development
  • Ownership of your own business

About you

  • Minimum 12-18 months recruitment experience
