The Role
Due to growth, our Melbourne team is looking for two Senior Consultants with a good background in recruitment and sales. The perfect candidate will have had 18 months exposure to recruiting in one of the following areas; Accounting, Finance, Insurance and Wealth Management sectors.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;
- Account management
- Managing and building your own client portfolio
- Executive level headhunting
- Sourcing talent
- Business development
- Ownership of your own business
- Ongoing training and professional development
- Fast track to management best purely on merit rather than experience
- Future international opportunities within the Andersen Partnership
- 33% - 38% commission structure on all placements
- Work on all roles from Consultant to Partner/CFO/GM level
While this is a corporate environment, you will be working with a social and outgoing team that are all high achievers. The team are all committed professionals who work hard but they also enjoy socializing after work together. You will be someone who;
- Works well with Senior level and 'C suite' candidates
- Minimum 12-18 months recruitment experience
- Enjoys a challenge of managing an established client portfolio
- Has a competitive edge
- Has excellent communication skills
- Personable, vivacious & energetic
