Your Opportunity

A key role to drive KPMG Australia's success through leading the divisional/technical learning agenda. This role forms part of the Leadership and Learning management team, contribute to the overall learning strategy and be responsible for leading all divisional/technical learning across the firm.

In addition for accountability for divisional learning this role leads the budget process and sets and monitors budgets across Leadership and Learning as well as GPS (Global People Survey) action plans.

Leading a team of technical learning managers the role also works closely with National Managing Partners and HR Business Partners to understand divisional priorities and set the strategic direction for divisional learning. The role also has accountability for quality assurance and regulatory compliance

Your accountabilities will see you:

 

 

  • Drive the divisional/technical learning agenda to build key strategic capability and support the firms growth
  • Form part of the Leadership and Learning management team and contribute to the overall strategic direction
  • Set and track divisional learning budgets to include all learning solutions (beyond technical)
  • Lead, performance manage and coach the divisional learning team of technical managers
  • Program manage the implementation of all divisional learning frameworks and GPS (Global People Survey) action plans.
  • Ensure all divisional learning meets internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a governance model and visibility of pipeline of relevant divisional/technical learning
  • Interface with key strategic projects to ensure learning component is effectively scoped and managed
  • Understand divisional priorities and set the strategic direction for divisional learning
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners
  • Interface with Global and Regional teams and deploy relevant learning as appropriate.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with external providers

  • Program & Project Management experience
  • Background in learning and development
  • Degree qualified (ideally in HR, Psychology, Business)
  • Strong People Leadership
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and excel skills
  • Relevant technical qualifications e.g CA
