About the Role
Role Type: The position could be part time (3 or 4 days per week) or full time
This is a highly autonomous role within the resourcing function at the bank; as the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Indigenous Recruitment you will provide support and guidance to people from Indigenous backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career within ANZ. You will be responsible for the delivery of our Indigenous recruitment programs - helping to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. The position involves working with a range of stakeholders, from our external partners to key stakeholders across the bank.
This is a challenging and exciting role that will give you the opportunity to have a real impact on people’s careers and futures within the finance industry.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and a strong network within the Indigenous community
- Relationship management/consulting experience, engaging with a range of stakeholders including business and community groups
- Past success in the recruitment sector gained in an in-house or agency environment
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and be organised, and coaching & mentoring skills
- Experience of a working Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs)
- Sound understandings of talent market, good experiences in promoting and attracting indigenous talents
