- 3 month contract with a view to go permanent

Looking for a true generalist which will take responsibility of HR functions; provide coaching and advice to business managers on a range of employment matters using creative problem solving skills in conjunction with core values; as well as develop and maintain relationships and confidence with all levels of the business.
The Role:
- Advise and coach different stake holders across the business on HR matters
- Leadership and professional development activities to meet performance needs e.g. training, conferences, seminars and workshops.
- Implementation and compliance to HR policies and procedures
- Implementation of HR business strategies, initiatives, projects and plans that contribute to business operational performance and delivery
- Working closely with other HR members in the team
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of HR legislation and practices
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Involved in employee performance management program
- Contribute to and drive divisional/ company strategic planning objectives as a member of the leadership team.

- An engaging style with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to and embrace change.

To succeed in this initial appointment, you will be suitably qualified and experienced in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and have the ability to work in a complex, ambiguous and changing environment.
