  • 3 month contract with a view to go permanent
  • Central Location

Looking for a true generalist which will take responsibility of HR functions; provide coaching and advice to business managers on a range of employment matters using creative problem solving skills in conjunction with core values; as well as develop and maintain relationships and confidence with all levels of the business.

The Role:

  • Advise and coach different stake holders across the business on HR matters
  • Leadership and professional development activities to meet performance needs e.g. training, conferences, seminars and workshops.
  • Implementation and compliance to HR policies and procedures
  • Implementation of HR business strategies, initiatives, projects and plans that contribute to business operational performance and delivery
  • Working closely with other HR members in the team
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of HR legislation and practices
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Involved in employee performance management program
  • Contribute to and drive divisional/ company strategic planning objectives as a member of the leadership team.

  • An engaging style with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Flexible, with the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

To succeed in this initial appointment, you will be suitably qualified and experienced in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and have the ability to work in a complex, ambiguous and changing environment.
