The Opportunity
On a daily basis you will be working within a team environment to find the right candidates for our clients. You will also be offering career coaching advice to your candidates to ensure they are well supported in the first year of their career. This role will involve;
- Phone screening potential candidates
- Advising clients of the current market rates
- Writing advertisements for various online and print media
- Career coaching sessions with candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Business development of a WARM desk
- Reviewing resumes
- Talent pooling and maintaining our candidate database
- Managing the process including salary negotiation through to the offer stage for your candidates.
The Rookie
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have the below skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills are essential!
- A degree in HR/Communications/Business or relevant field
- Previous work experience in a customer service based role would be beneficial
- Fantastic people and interpersonal skills
- Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Believe in your own abilities to make things happen
- Confident, Articulate and Enthusiastic
