The Opportunity:
If you are an experienced, hands on, and practically minded HR Generalist this is a fantastic, newly created local opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding international organisation.
 
The Company:
Established on the Central Coast but with offices based internationally, our client has achieved exceptional results, established themselves as a leader within their market and an employer of choice for their dedicated and close knit team. They have reached the stage where they are looking to appoint a dedicated HR resource within their business to develop and implement best practice HR initiatives throughout the organisation internationally.
 
The Role:
This newly created position will see you responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy across the business to assist in reaching organisational objectives and providing advice and guidance to the leadership team whilst supporting employees along the way.
 
This role is generalist in nature and requires the successful applicant to be able to juggle working in a hands on and operational capacity on a day to day basis, whilst also participating in HR strategy development and deployment over time.
 
This role will be broadly responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating the HR database and all employee files;
  • Developing best practice HR strategies and practices across the business;
  • Coordinating all recruitment campaigns;
  • Preparing all HR related documentation including new employee paperwork;
  • Employee induction, orientation and onboarding;
  • Providing support and guidance to all levels of management in relation to their people development and leadership practices;
  • HR compliance management;
  • Assisting the Leadership Team with all performance management matters;
  • Developing and maintaining all relevant Policy documents;
  • Much, much more!

 
As this business has international offices across 3 continents, there is a need for the successful applicant to have some flexibility with their availability to work varied hours to attend conference calls and facilitate recruitment and HR matters at the international offices.
 
You:
We are seeking applicants who have successfully managed a standalone HR role and thrive off the variety and responsibility which comes with these roles. The successful applicant will have a solid track record in a similar position, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be a hands on, flexible and motivated team player.
