As our internal TA Coordinator you'll work closely with the Senior TA Lead and wider HR team to ensure Experian is hiring the very best talent. You'll be super passionate about and enjoy delivering exceptional candidate experiences. A key focus is to identify, approach and engage premium talent in the market.

 

This will ideally suit a hands-on recruiter with a few years' experience that is looking to carve out an exciting career within a global business and develop their skills further via blended learning.


You will bring a creative approach to problem solving underpinned by a positive attitude and the ability to not only pivot quickly, but consistently provide high quality output and outcomes. Strong communication skills, ability to learn and strong work ethic will ensure your success in this role.

 

You will work closely with and support a wide range of stakeholders; leaders, hiring managers. In addition it's important that you'll also want to go on the journey of intrinsically understanding Experian as a business and our current and projected talent needs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support our Talent Acquisition Specialists: 50% role
• Create job descriptions with managers and draft advertisements in appropriate locations to attract candidates
• Help coordinate telephone and on-site interviews
• Manage email enquiries
• Screen applicants for a variety of roles
• Complete direct sourcing of candidates including shortlisting

Recruitment Administration: 30% role
• Undertake referencing
• Complete background checks for new hires
• Assist onboarding

Manage Recruitment Systems (Taleo & Oracle): 10%
• Update candidate records and job postings
• Ensure 100% system accuracy and complete all reporting to track our progress

Manage Job Offers: 10%
• Raise the contract of employment and distribute our offer pack
• Track the return of on-boarding documentation

 

Background, skills and attributes

 

Knowledge
• High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ideally a working knowledge of ATS's

Experience
• Previous experience in a recruitment/sourcing role (either internal or agency)
• Excellent organisational, technical & administration skills
• A proactive and professional approach
• High accuracy and ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a sense of urgency
• Proven ability to be pro-active in engaging candidates over the telephone and face to face
• Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, under pressure and within tight timelines with multiple vacancies to source
• Plan, coordinate and prioritise activities successfully to work independently and as part of a team environment

Qualifications
• Qualification in Human Resources (desirable)
