Are you a recruitment talent acquisition specialist with aspirations to step into a managing consultant with a small team of Consultants in addition to maintaining your own recruitment portfolio?

We are seeking a passionate recruitment professional keen to progress their career by providing on the job coaching, mentoring and leadership to their team.

Salary range $80 - $90K plus super plus bonus

This role is a recruitment leadership role in a mature, productive team already experiencing market success. There is no need to take on a cold desk without clients or existing business as you will be able to continue delivering recruitment services to your own client base, whilst demonstrating to your team the core recruitment skills required to become successful in the industry.

You will lead, coach and mentor existing consultants, whilst working with a peer group of like-minded leaders who are passionate about the future of recruitment. 

This role is well suited to an experienced recruitment professional with leadership experience looking to take the next step in your management career. You will be someone committed to building strong relationships with your clients, and driven to lead and drive your team’s results. You will demonstrate excellent people skills, and a thirst for continual learning and development.  Ideally you will also be an expert in the Property & Construction recruitment industry, demonstrating best practice methodologies as a recruiter which you will also share with your team.
