What we are looking for is an experienced Team leader!
Ideally you would have experience working for a recruitment agency in the temp/freelance space and thrive on billing and building your own network whilst managing a small team. However this is not essential.
You describe yourself as a "hunter" and business development is your strength especially in the Sydney market
You love to coach and mentor and lead a small team and thrive on seeing results through others.
