Reporting into an inspiring GM of Human Resources and leading a small team including payroll, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a well rounded HR Generalist to help shape the culture of the organisation.  

Working closely with the business and a high performing HR function, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve engagement, reward & recognition, recruitment & retention activities.  

The complexity of this role will be representing 3 different brands and supporting a number of General Managers, each with their own agendas.  Key priorities are:

- the ability to drive engagement, capability and talent across the group;
- ensuring consistency of policies, processes and systems across all brands;
- enhancing the EVP and career website;
- ability to work across a multi site environment eg retail, FMCG, franchise businessess.

Demonstrated experience building and leading a team, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, proactive approach around creating/designing solutions within a fast paced, high growth environment is essential.
