This is a rare opportunity for a the right person to secure invaluable mentoring and training in industrial relations and fair work dispute resolution.

Unfair Dismissals Direct is an industrial relations consultancy and, as such, we are not seeking applications from currently practising lawyers.

We welcome applications from those candidates keen to pursue a career in industrial relations. The duties required to be performed include:

  1. Preparing for, conducting and finalising conciliation conferences and mediations in a diverse range of employment disputes under limited supervision;
  2. Undertaking client engagement, document preparation, administrative and client care activities as required, such as drafting applications and participating in meetings with clients;
  3. Ensuring all relevant documentation has been obtained from a client at relevant stages of the dispute;
  4. Liaising with the management team in relation to the administration of ongoing matters.
