Our client is a large leading well known Australian multi-media branded organisation, with their Head Office located in Sydney's CBD. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic HR BP to join a team to provide both operational advisory services as a true HR Business Partner, while also being exposed to some large scale high impact positive divisional & cultural change programs. This role is focussed on providing high-quality and timely HR advice to managers and employees on a broad range of generalist people issues. You will be well supported in your HR team, by your manager and colleague, and also the chance to work autonomously, to build strong working relationships with all levels of staff, including senior leaders. This will initially be a FTC with strong view to extension or permanency. 

More specifically, this role will see you: 
  • Guide the business in a broad range of HR related matters including guiding capability, performance management procedures, reward and recognition programs, retention and identification of talent;
  • Support, coach and challenge leaders in HR and business matters;
  • Work closely with the business to provide meaningful HR reporting and measurement information;
  • Provide high level professional consultancy service through developing influential relationships, developing and implementing people strategy and devising innovative and proactive, commercial HR solutions;
  • Responsible for building effective, credible and professional relationships with senior leaders and teams;
  • Lead employee engagement activities and cultural programs;
  • Implement and evaluate effective and efficient HR policies and practices and ensure they are adhered to and maintained;
  • Influence leadership to encourage attitudes and behaviours that deliver the business goals and encourage the organisation’s values;
  • Manage ER issues in line with relevant Australian workplace legislation.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR Business Partner, with generalist HR background partnering with leaders and employees in large fast-paced, complex matrix environments. You will be able to quickly interpret an organisations drivers and strategy and help to design HR solutions that support our goals. You will be a strong collaborator who can influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and where the opportunity arises, will be able to  provide real-time coaching and feedback to managers and team members alike.
