We have an amazing opportunity for a high volume Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in our Sydney office supporting our people strategy at AIA Australia. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Melbourne, this role will provide you the autonomy to partner with our leaders across the organisation and elevate the conversation around Talent Acquisition. You will be given the opportunity to utilise your recruitment skills in contact centre, assessment centre and be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from consultation to offer negotiation and sourcing great talent in a tight market. You will work with an established Talent Acquisition Specialist based in our Sydney office, and supported by our broader team based in Melbourne
