Working across one of the major telecommunications business’ in Australia, this organisation prides itself on supplying; safe reliable services to the people of NSW and beyond. In this innovative position, you will set the stratgey and oversee a major part of the business working closely with employees and the wider business. Based in Eastern Creek, there is also a large corporate office in Sydney CBD, which offers flexibility for one day per week. Taking a strategic approach, you are the leader across the wellbeing division with the autonomy to set up new initiatives and the opportunity to achieve across three core areas; employee life cycle transition, fitness for work and injury management.

Wellbeing & Health Manager

  • Tertiary qualified or associated diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, and an Allied Health.
  • Consulting experience of health and well-being programs with knowledge of WHS
  • Excellent people skills with ability to develop programs, promote and build and implement systems for delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation within WHS, Workers Compensation and Codes of Practice.
  • Experience managing external wellbeing providers; including drug & alcohol, insurance and EAP Providers.
  • Advanced conceptual and problem-solving skills with proven ability to use initiative effectively planning and prioritising.
