Client Details
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their passionate Human Resources team.
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for ensuring that the best talent possible is hired. The main recruitment focus of this position relates to managing the Customer Relations Officer recruitment, as well as supporting with Customer Service Officer recruitment and being the first point of contact for all Head Office related recruitment.
Description
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Drafting advertisements
- Placing advertisements to attract the right candidates
- Screen candidates
- Conduct assessment centre exercises
- Managing database of all applicants
- Generating reports on recruitment and exit interviews on a monthly basis
- Shortlist, phone screen and book suitable candidates in for interviews
- Ensure all recruitment is consistent with our employment brand
- Conduct verbal reference checks and exit interviews
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in recruitment and/or HR roles
- Tertiary qualifications in HR
- Ability to work under pressure within the team
- Attention to detail and focused on continuous improvement
- Confident and energetic person with drive to succeed
