About the Organisation & Role
The opportunity for a high performing HRBP to join this retail brand as they go through a period of evolution as they move more into the digital world to create a one-stop shop for their target audience.
  
The role of HR Business Partner is a key member who will be passionately committed to finding and retaining top talent, and maximise their potential through development, rewarding and recognising their great performance and navigating and supporting them through change.
  
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing operational advice to Senior Leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and IT in support of the 500+ diverse workforce.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • The role provides partners across the total employee lifecycle and delivers the annual HR Plan.
  • Day-to-day advice and the management and execution of annual People programs.
  • Responsible for executing the Engagement Operational Plan and act as the ambassador to encourage the increase of engagement on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for managing learning and development activities for the specified client group as a result of the IPM and/or learning and development strategy.
  • Responsible for end to end talent acquisition sourcing process both direct and via their suppliers. 
  • Talent pipeline to ensure career planning and succession strategies are in place. 
  • Provide business partnering and support managers in all performance management requirements and coach managers/employees on Hallmarks approach total rewards.
  • Management of the annual salary review process across the specified client group in line with key principles and meeting of budget and timeline requirements.
  • Understand the Fair Work Act and awards, ensuring policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment are in line with legislative requirements. 
About You:  
  • Demonstrate HR business partnering experience within the retail or consumer goods industry working having worked with geographically disperse, award and EBA employee groups.
  • Demonstrate previous success in developing and evolving an organisations culture. 
  • Solid examples where you have identified solutions for complex and specialised issues and communicate them in a user-friendly manner.
  • You will be an exceptional communicator, with proven ability to work effectively in environments of high activity, competing priorities and time-pressured environments.
  • Known for commercial approach, exceptional stakeholder management skills which are underpinned by collaboration and influence.
  • Experience in delivering framework, in line with HR strategy to align to meet the organisation's goals & objectives.
  • Preferably you will hold a degree qualification in Business and/or Human Resources.
