Based at our Head office in Kelvin Grove, the purpose of the role is to provide advice and support to the HR team and business in relation to remuneration and reward strategy, best practice and initiatives.

About the role


  • Provide support for the development, implementation and review of remuneration and reward policy, standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Provide remuneration and reward analytics and metrics to facilitate effective decision-making
  • Manage the Annual Remuneration Review process and annual survey submissions
  • Review rates of Award based employees to ensure compliance with relevant award classifications and rates of pay
  • Review allowances in line with increases to applicable Enterprise Agreements,
  • Maintain rate tables for use by HR team including update to EA and Award rates
  • Provide job evaluations and remuneration recommendations for newly created positions and re-designed positions
  • Maintain the job database to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date, informing the HR team where necessary
  • Support the Chief People Officer in the provision of Short Term Incentive Program documentation
  • Collaborate with relevant external parties (i.e. AccessPay) to increase uptake of Salary Packaging and other benefits


What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous HRIS experience would be highly regarded


Essential conditions

  • Federal Police Clearance must be attained
  • May be required to travel intra or interstate with overnight stays (including weekends) on short notice
