Role Requirements

Reporting to the General Manager we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated HSEQ Manager with relevant industry experience to join our team. This is a hands-on position and to be successful you are required to have:

Tertiary qualifications in WHS or related (Cert IV in WHS a minimum)
Thorough understanding of safety and environmental legislation, standards and Codes of Practice
An approachable and practical communication style and excellent presentation skills
A minimum of five years in a similar role (In the cleaning industry would be an advantage but not required)
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams to ensure HSE initiatives are delivered and any development opportunities identified
