About the Role:
- Leading a team of up to 15 recruiters in delivering client requirements
- Deliver on our sales team’s amazing experience and client contacts to make placements
- Hire, train, mentor and manage the team
- Collaborate, improve and get involved to make your mark and make a difference
About You:
- Results focused
- Experience in guiding, training, mentoring and managing a team
- Highly organised, and effective communicator with a passion to achieve results
- A key driver in a high performance culture
- Enthusiasm and ideas with emphasis on continuous improvement
- Building collaborative relationships across all functions
- Must have Agency / Industry experience
