L&D Consultant for a 6 month contract with a global brand based in the Sydney CBD
Your new company

With offices worldwide and significant growth in Australia, you will become part of a fast-paced and successful work environment. The role is for 6 months with the view to extend & you will be based in the Sydney CBD office
Your new role
As the L&D Consultant, you will work closely with HR on an urgent competency framework project. You will match current roles in the business with competencies and industry requirements and implement the records management system to effective manage this documentation for all roles in the business, resulting in an accessible database
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an strong L&D Consultant with proven experience in competencies and defining required assessments in line with industry standards(Essential). You will have similar project experience and have the ability to work autonomously and with a wide variety of SMEs
Ideally you will have industry experience in white collar engineering previously
