Your new company
Our client is a well-known Finance Company based in Melbourne CBD. They are seeking a talented, high energy and authentic Learning & Development Specialist to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to start immediately.
Your new role
Reporting to the Lead Learning & Development Manager you will be responsible for working on a dedicated project roll out:
- Engaging across the business; managing stakeholders and providing needs analysis.
- Designing and developing training materials.
- Training classroom, presentation and stand ups.
- Managing change and working towards a dedicated project.
- Working closely with change team and BA’s.
- Scheduling, running and evaluating training.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a hands on Learning and Development Role.
- Financial Services Industry Experience Desirable.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Experience in Analysis working with change teams and BA’s.
- Confident in delivering different styles of training.
- Flexible and Hands on approach.
- High Energy and Authentic as a trainer.
