The role
We have big plans and we need a HR Business Partner to help support us through this period of growth. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing Generalist HR and Recruitment support to our Sales and Marketing team nationally, including supporting our Innocent Bystander site at Healesville. This role will also work closely with the Head of HR to design and deliver a number of exciting new projects and initiatives to help us achieve huge growth in the coming years.
Major responsibilities include:
- Managing the end to end recruitment and onboarding program for permanent and casual employees across Sales and Marketing
- Providing general HR coaching and support to Sales & Marketing managers across areas such as HR policies, performance management and employee relations
- Supporting the Learning & Development requirements across the Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring ongoing leadership and capability development
- Coordinating the company wide Talent Management Program, educating and engaging managers with the program
- Coordinating the annual performance appraisal and remuneration process
- Supporting the HR Manager in developing and implementing a number of HR Projects and initiatives
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of people practices in support of the business strategy
- Travel interstate and throughout Victoria required
The Person
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a generalist HR role
- Excellent knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including modern awards
- Experience in partnering with business leaders to build strong relationships and align business needs and people strategy and plans
- Strong business and HR acumen with the ability to adopt a practical and consultative approach when advising on people issues
- Developed facilitation skills and experience in identifying training requirements and developing programs to address gaps
- Ability to lead and influence change across an organisation
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working autonomously as the HR Manager is based at Milawa
